The end-user will be asked to mail in product for testing. If found defective, a replacement will be sent. If not found defective, product will be returned to the end-user.

BOTTLED COPIER TONER SUPPLIES: All products are checked and in stable condition before shipping and are therefore NOT returnable. All sales are final.

Toner Laser Cartridge LLC will often ship the replacement product to the customer before receiving the return item back from the customers.
After the customer has received the replacement, TLC issues a "Call-Tag" to have the return item picked up from the customer.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM TO TLC WITHIN 30 DAYS, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED OUR PUBLISHED WEBSITE PRICE FOR THE REPLACEMENT ITEM.
FOR ITEMS BEING RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS, OR OTHER CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, TLC PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY:
TLC accepts returns on all unopened toner cartridges purchased from TLC, provided that the product is returned in a saleable condition and is unopened. To qualify for a return, products must be in the same condition as when they were originally sold by TLC.
OEM Toner Cartridges: 15 Days from Purchase Date (Full Refund less 30% Restocking Fees)
Remanufactured or Compatibles toner cartridge: 90 Days from Purchase Date (Full Refund less 30% Restocking Fees)
The 30% Restocking Fees is for (Shipping Costs, Credit Card Transaction Fees, Adminstrative Fees, Handling Fees and other costs associated with the return of products).
Fuser Units, Transfer Units, Maintenance Kits or any other parts of machine components: due to these being non-returnable to the manufacturer, no returns are accepted.
No Returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
All returned items must have a RMA # provided by TLC

No Returns will be accepted after the warranty and / or exchange periods listed above.
Please do not write "RMA" numbers on the product packaging
Please write "RMA Numbers" only on the SHIPPING CONTAINER. Return items with writing, labels or any damage or defacing to the product packaging will not be accepted. All returns must also be packaged in a Cardboard shipping container prior to returning.
