Unopened OEM Products - TLC offers a full refund on unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date. A Restocking fee (20%) and return shipping fees may apply.

Defective OEM Products - Toner Laser Cartridge LLC is an independent reseller of imaging supplies. All OEM products are checked thoroughly upon receiving. Please contact the Manufacturer directly for assistance.

Openend OEM Products - TLC accepts returns on all unopened toner cartridges purchased from TLC, provided that the product is returned in a saleable condition and is unopened. To qualify for a return, products must be in the same condition as when they were originally sold by TLC. Opened items mistakenly ordered by the customer cannot be returned since we cannot resell the item.

Remanufactured/Compatibles

Unopened Compatibles - TLC offers a full refund on unopened items within 90 days of the purchase date. A restocking fee (20%) and return shipping fees may apply

Defectives - TLC offers a full 1 Year warranty on all compatible toner cartridges. Full Refund or Replacement.

TLC will often ship the replacement product to the customer before receiving the return item back from the customers. A Return Label will be issued to have the defective item returned.

No Returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA)

All returned items must have a RMA # provided by TLC
